ASME / ASTM / API Flanges
We at rff supply ASME flanges in all shapes and designs according to any technical standard. Our stock and delivery programme is tailored to match a wide variety of needs.
Apart from common ASME B 16.5 flanges, we also provide weld neck and blind flanges larger than 24 inches according to ASME B 16.47. We also provide special flanges according to ASME B 16.36 and 16.48 as well as BS 3293 and API 6A. Whether you need a standard design from stock or bespoke flange prefabrication, we at rff will find an ideal solution to fit your requirements.
Designs and standards
Standardised ASME flanges are diverse. We would therefore recommend that you enquire about dimensions and pressure ratings available in our supply range. We supply all common standardised flanges according to ASME B 16.5 and 16.47 as well as ASME B 16.36 and 16.48.

The range of standard materials is extensive. This is a selection of unalloyed, alloyed heat-resistant, low-temperature, fine-grain structural steel and stainless steel material grades that are common and available.

The individual standards provide for a wide variety of options. Availability of individual flange types and designs is limited - please request in advance.
Processing and modification
We have a processing service certified by TÜV to turn, drill (flat or threaded), blast, coat or mark flanges according to ASME/ASTM for any requirement according to customer specification.
