Welcome to rff
Ten trainees have made a successful start
25.08.2022
On 1 August we welcomed ten new trainees, who have begun their professional careers at one of our five sites. The Stuhr/Bremen site has five trainees, the Beucha/Leipzig site two and the Erkrath/Düsseldorf, Mannheim and Nuremberg locations one each.
Understandably, the anticipation on the first day at work is considerable. However, when Sabine Höfer and the colleagues in the regular departments warmly welcomed the new trainees, the initial nerves swiftly dissipated. “We are always delighted when young people begin their training at rff. The excitement is just as great for us as it is for the newcomers,” says the HR officer.
After their welcome the new trainees were handed their welcome package, together with a booklet containing the key things that make starting professional life and joining the world of rff easier. “It is very important for us that new employees find their feet at our company from the very beginning, and feel at home here,” says Dieter Revink, who is Head of Finance and HR at rff.
The new trainees at the Stuhr/Bremen site are Ezra Berg, Devin Neumann, Joanna Lapina, Simon Zittlosen and Tim Strahlmann (all pictured). In addition, we also welcome Kim Svea Matthes and Alina Wolber at the Beucha site, Romy Scholz in Erkrath, Luca Wittemann in Mannheim and Egzon Mustafa in Nuremberg.
