Successful attendance at bib once again
Potential trainees learn about training at rff
20.02.2023
After a break of three years, the beginning of February saw the 'bib' careers information fair take place once again in Syke. Over 100 companies from the region presented a range of different training professions and vacant positions to the approximately 3,000 visitors. The rff fair team took this opportunity to inform interested school leavers about the numerous benefits of training at rff at the Stuhr/Bremen site.
Saturday saw a particularly high level of interest: numerous students attended the bib, often accompanied by their parents. The event was being held at the BBS Syke for the 19th time.
Our stand also received a large number of visitors. This meant that there was lots to do for our fair team, comprising trainees Jennifer, Leon, Jascha and Nathan (all in their 3rd year of training) together with Tino and Jerome (both in their 2nd year). “We had many good discussions on each of the three days. Lots of people took the opportunity to complete the abridged application that we had prepared,” notes Jennifer. “The 'bib' is a great way to present the diverse range of training options available at rff. In addition, it also provides an opportunity to answer questions regarding all commercial and trade professions that can be applied for at rff,” adds Leon, who will work in International Sales after completing his training.
“We are delighted with the positive response to our training options and the interest in our company. Our participation here paid off and we have already held discussions with potential applicants who will hopefully choose to train with us,” says Sabine Höfer, who is also responsible for training at rff in her capacity as HR officer.
rff offers a total of four training professions in the commercial and trade field. In addition, it is also possible to apply for a fully-funded dual studies place at the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.
