Nine trainees have made a successful start

“Education is learning what you didn‘t even know you didn‘t know.”[SS[HG1]  This quote by philosopher Ralph Waldo Emerson summarizes the first impressions of the new trainees who began their working careers at rff in the beginning of August.

The first few days in a new environment are unfamiliar at first. However, the colleagues gave the newcomers a warm welcome, helping them to embark on this new chapter in their lives. With the initial nerves dissipated and the first orientation completed, the trainees now have ample time to settle into their working environment. They are getting to know their new colleagues better and gradually become accustomed to the company's processes and procedures. The new intake at headquarters in Stuhr/Bremen (pictured) is indicative of all trainees who began an apprenticeship in either the commercial or trade field at rff in the beginning of August.

“Training young people has been a key focus at our company for many decades. In this, it is important to us that we demonstrate future prospects available to all employees. After all, we want everyone to feel at home in their respective surroundings and to be able to develop further in the best possible manner. This applies in particular to the new trainees who we are warmly welcoming to rff,” say the two managing directors Michael Allexi and Jörg Delveaux.
