Successful start for 2023 training year intake

A quote by the Italian writer Alberto Moravia hits the nail on the head: “If passion is missing, everything is missing. Nothing can be achieved without passion.” This realisation is by no means new, but it underscores how important it is to develop enthusiasm for all new tasks in life.

Since 1 August, a new challenge is being faced by the ten young people who have begun their training at rff. In the first few days in particular, in addition to taking on board a lot of new information, trainees also need to become acquainted with a new daily routine and initially unfamiliar surroundings. This is something that colleagues are aware of and support the new trainees in finding their feet as swiftly as possible.

This year we are welcoming a total of ten newcomers across all German sites, who have chosen either commercial or logistical apprenticeships at rff. Four trainees, representing the entire intake, joined HR officer Sabine Höfer (standing in the picture) for their first group photo.

“Training young people is firmly anchored in the DNA of rff. We are delighted to have motivated so many new trainees to choose our company. The positive exam results of recent years are an indication of our success in developing the young talent of today to become the skilled personnel of tomorrow. It’s great to see just how quickly enthusiasm for working at rff grows. This motivates us to continue investing our commitment and know-how in our junior employees,” says Managing Director Michael Allexi.
